Develop higher trust with your team, be seen as authentic in your relationships, and develop the ability to influence others.

With Colorado Leadership Training You Will Take Your Team to The Next Level
and Beyond!

With Colorado leadership training you can develop higher trust with your team, be seen as authentic in your relationships, and develop the ability to influence others.

This program is delivered in two 6-week workshops. (I & II)

The workshop series is limited to 12 people per class. The class size is kept small, so we can spend more time with you and help develop these skills instead of just teaching them to you.

This Colorado leadership training program is also available for companies that want to bring it in-house and have us facilitate the leadership growth of your team.

Call us at (970) 447-6984 or email brian@brianlovegrovecoaching.com to discover options and learn how we can customize them for you!

Frequently Asked Questions About Colorado Leadership Training:

What if I miss a training session or can't attend any of the training sessions?

You will have access to the recordings in your member's area. You can go back and listen to them as much as you need to learn all the material covered. You can ask questions via email as well.

What if I am not able to keep up with the work each week?

Then, you are human. Ideally, you should set aside at least 30 minutes each day to complete the action steps. If, for whatever reason, you fall behind, do your best.  You will have email support for 90 days from the start of the course.

How much time will the "homework" take?

That is up to you and will vary depending on the subject. Ideally, it shouldn't take more time out of your day to do because you will try a new method to an existing situation. But we do recommend you committ to spending some time each day to work on it.
